What are the best ways to reach the hotel once we have arrived at JFK Airport? or LaGuardia?
Getting to the hotel is fairly simple. You can book a car to bring you here, and we can certainly book one for you, should you so choose. The car service we frequently use offers a flat rate for every ride to and from each airport. Contact us by email to learn more about these services. You can also get to us by Subway.
Hop on an AirTrain to the J Train at Sutphin Blvd. Take the J Train to Myrtle Avenue and Transfer to an M Train on the same platform. Take the M Train 2 stops to Lorimer Street. From Lorimer Street, you can walk down Lorimer, and veer right on Wallabout Street. We are 2 blocks from there. If you don’t want to walk, you can hop on the B48 Bus and get off at Wallabout Street and Franklin Avenue.
Hop on the Q70 LTD Bus from LaGuardia. That will take you to the 61st Street-Woodside 7 Train Station. Take a Manhattan bound 7 Train to Court Square. From Court Square, transfer to the G Train. Go 6 stops to Flushing Avenue. From here, you can walk 3 full blocks to Franklin Avenue or wait for the B57 Bus to take you to Franklin and Flushing.
What are your rates for parking?
We offer parking on a first come first serve basis. The rate is $25 per night. All parking is located less than a block away.
Do you have accessible Rooms?
Do you provide a shuttle anywhere?
We do offer shuttle service that will take you to the Lorimer Street subway station. It runs Sunday through Friday at 3 different times: 8, 9, and 10 A.M.
The Shuttle is a available for a small Flat Fee, and must be reserved at Front Desk. (for more info. you can inquire at our Front Desk)
What are your check in and check out times? Do you offer early check ins and late check outs?
Our normal check in time is at 3 P.M. Our normal check out time is 11 A.M. We can provide you with early check in and late checkout, but this is based on availability only. If we cannot offer one, the other, or both, we can provide luggage storage so that you can go right into your visit to the city. Please contact us for more information about this service.
What is the difference between Non-Refundable and BAR pricing?
A non-refundable price and reservation is a reservation that you are not able to cancel and is charged immediately after the reservation has been made. BAR pricing, although higher, gives you the benefit of being able to cancel, should you need to do so. If you choose the BAR rate, you have up to 48 hours prior to your arrival to cancel your reservation. If you do not meet that window and you do not show up, you are subject to a one-night No Show penalty. NOTE: If you reserve a room under the BAR rate under 48 hours prior to arrival, it will be considered Non-Refundable.
What is the age requirement to make a reservation or check in?
You must be 21 years or older to make a reservation for yourself or check in.
Do you serve breakfast?
All of our guests are welcome to our free continental breakfast. Breakfast includes various baked goods such as donuts and bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast and coffee, fresh cut Fruits. All of our breakfast items are kosher.
Do you offer a fitness center? How about guest laundry?
We have both a fitness center and laundry facilities. Our fitness center is open from 6 A.M. to 10 P.M. Our guest laundry is open from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. We also have a business center with working computers and printers. Please visit our Services and Amenities page for more information.
Do you offer meeting room space?
